Keren Corey
LIA - Southwest Missouri & Northwest Arkansas
I have been a resident of Missouri since 2010. I live in Cape Fair, loving life here on the farm with my amazing husband Rusty, our 6 English Springer Spaniels, lots of cows, and beautiful horses. I have a dual degree in Business and Finance. My life is about serving my community and being grateful for God’s gifts here on the farm with my family.
When I was 23 years old, I became the primary caregiver for my grandmother with late-stage Alzheimer’s. At a young age, I had to manage her care – doing my best to love her, make her feel safe, and get her the best care possible. I did just that for nearly five years. Taking care of her and watching what my family went through has made me extremely passionate and understanding about senior care and then settling her affairs after made me understand the importance of Life Insurance and how it impacts a family.
My goal is to help find solutions for all ages and help people navigate the confusing world of Life and Health Insurance; to help clients choose insurance that protects them and their families for the short and long term. Being an independent agent, I can look at a variety the insurance companies to help my clients choose the best plans and policies for their families.
Alex Cossoff
LIA - Denver, Colorado
In his free time, Alex loves enjoying the Colorado outdoors. He loves hiking new trails, fishing, running, snowboarding, and considers himself quite the cycling enthusiast. Alex considers himself a foodie, as he has held many restaurant positions and loves to cook. When there isn’t a global pandemic, Alex also loves to enjoy live music.
Alex’s goal is to help his clients navigate the ever changing financial landscape so they can focus on what matters most to them: their families, their businesses, and their dreams. He grew up in Denver, Colorado, and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. After witnessing the events of the 2008 Financial Crisis, Alex switched from Engineering to a focus on Finance, to help those who need him most. He started his career with Northwestern Mutual, held several positions at JP Morgan Chase, then decided to go independent to better help clients. With the recent Pandemic, once again businesses and families are struggling, and it is his mission to guide his clients to clarity and financial freedom.
Barb Crane
LIA - Oklahoma
I have lived in Oklahoma for going on 15 years. In 2019 I became a permanent resident of Stillwater, Oklahoma. I love the small college town atmosphere. Very laid back after living in the OKC metro for so long. I am a mom of 4 boys and 2 girls…. or should I say men and women as they are mostly grown now.
I have had my insurance license since 2011. I am licensed in Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri and will be adding Kansas and Arkansas. I dabbled with various companies till I found my passion. I enjoy helping the senior market make educated decisions about their lives. Everyone’s needs vary, and I make so many friends for life as I help them find the right fit for them, whether it be a Medicare supplement, drug plan, or advantage plan or helping them with other gaps in their coverage which sometimes includes annuities, life insurance, final expense, and hospital, critical care, and long-term care plans. I love being the hometown agent, my clients can count on.

Miles Shaddy
LIA - Oklahoma
I was born and raised in Northern Oklahoma. I am happily married to my best friend. As a young child, I was taught that helping others should be a priority in life. Ever since then, I have had a passion for doing so. I believe that everyone should be treated fairly and equally. When choosing this career path, I decided to take my experience volunteering and channel it into helping my community find the perfect healthcare fit for each individual and family.
Dustin Haffner
LIA - Northeastern Oklahoma
My name is Dustin Haffner, and I am your local “Medicare Guy” in Northeastern Oklahoma.
I am originally from a very small town in Western Oklahoma, “Lahoma, Oklahoma”. I have lived in several places, and even a couple of states but eventually we decided Northeastern Oklahoma was where we would “root.” My wife Kallie and I have been married for 10 years and we have a happy, funny and smart 10 year old son named Carter. We enjoy spending time with family, the lake and motocross racing.
I started my career with insurance in 2015. I have explored various roles in various fields on my career path, but working in insurance and helping those make informed decisions about their health insurance needs, has been most fulfilling.
Nathan Shaddy
LIA - North Central Oklahoma
I was born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
By being a young entrepreneur, I learned the value of hard work and keeping my family close. Ever since I was young, I have had a passion for volunteering and helping my community. When I came across the opportunity of helping others with their Medicare options, I knew it would be the perfect career path for me.
Stephanie Miller
LIA - North Central Oklahoma
I have been raised in Enid, Oklahoma. I have been happily married for 22 years. My husband and I are very involved in volunteering within our community as well as being involved most recently with disaster relief due to hurricanes.
When choosing this career path, I didn’t realize how much I would enjoy it. Helping people understand their Medicare choices and helping them with their options has been incredibly satisfying to me.
Melburn Short
LIA - Northeastern Oklahoma
My name is Melburn Short, and I have been in the insurance field since 1984. I started out in the accident and disability field for three years then worked my way into health and life insurance. I ran the Prudential agency in Ada, Oklahoma for three years followed by the American General agency for three years, also in Ada.
When I found out how I could get certified in the Medicare field and help my Medicare beneficiaries and not have to ask them for any premiums to help them with their medical and prescription needs, I was all in. My mother was 90 years old at this time and the burden of high insurance premiums to help with medical bills and prescriptions was eating up all of her Social Security check in addition to her having to live with my sister to make ends meet. I am proud to say I was able to help with that, and I am proud to help my fellow Medicare beneficiaries to do the same.
I live in Broken Arrow and travel a two-hour radius of Tulsa. Thank you for allowing me to help. To all of you and your families, have a Blessed future.
Andy Archer
LIA - Oklahoma City/Western Oklahoma
A resident of Edmond Oklahoma, I am a mother of 3 boys and have been married for 17 years. I was a marketing and advertising agent for a commercial real estate, property managing company before deciding to stay home to raise our children for 12 years.
It was an easy decision when deciding to go back to work and what I wanted to do. I picked the Medicare Planning Industry because when my mother turned 65 she needed some help navigating through the complications of Medicare and which plan was best for her. It was a real eye-opener on how confusing it could be for others and I immediately felt a calling. I enjoy working with the Senior Market, and really feel like I am helping people work through some of the most difficult and sometimes confusing transitions in their life.
Choosing the right fit for each individual whether it is a Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage plan, Long Term Care, Final Expense or simply helping apply for extra help with medications is such a gratifying feeling and am very proud of the professional relationships I have developed with my members.
Andrew Anderson
LIA - Columbia/Central Missouri
My name is Andrew Anderson, and I am 45. I live in a small town in a rural community, Smithton, Missouri – population 568. I’m happily going on 22 years of marriage with my wife, Tiffany. We have three kids ages 18, 21, and 24.
I have been in the insurance industry since 2011. I started out selling life insurance, and then in 2013, moved my focus to the health side of the industry — falling in love with helping people transition and maneuver into and around Medicare. I believe in the golden rule of treating people the same way I would like to be treated…with respect, compassion, and kindness.

Lawanda Smith
LIA - Texas
Hailing from the Golden State, I have now become a native Southerner, and live on the border of Arkansas, and Texas. This affords me the best of two worlds: I can enjoy the day-to-day pleasures of simple life, and also be in Dallas within the blink of an eye. This is crucial, since family is very important to me. I have 3 Adult Children, 30 Grandchildren (just kidding, I have 3 Granddaughters, 1 Grandson), and one Great Grand Yorkie Poo. One of my favorite pastimes is to wake up at 5am, head to a park or trail, and walk a few miles just before sunrise – Best part of the day!
While attending the University of Arkansas at Hope, I obtained my Associate’s Degree in Business. This began my career at UACCH, which lasted a decade -beginning with Students Services, and ending in Accounts Payable. I then obtained my Insurance License, and worked for Christus St. Michael Hospital about 4 years. Currently, I am licensed in nine states, and have worked in the Medicare Sector for 3 years. I specialize in Medicare Advantage Plans; Prescription Drug Plans; Medicare/Medicaid; Dental and more. My customers aren’t just a number, they are like family. Insurance is ever-changing, so I am continuously learning/searching for ways to save money, and/or increase benefits. I am blessed to be able to say, I Love My Job!!! Excellence is always my goal, and I would love to assist YOU with your insurance needs!
