My name is Elizabeth Haggard and I was born and raised in Enid, Ok. After graduating from Enid High, I got married and have two daughters and several grandchildren. I had an opportunity to help my community by being a part of the Health Insurance sector as an insurance advisor. Being an advisor has allowed me to help seniors and others make choices about their health care to make their lives better. I love helping people get these benefits and see how I can personally help them with each step of the process.
I’m currently licensed in 8 states and represent numerous companies as an independent agent. That allows me to find a plan that benefits people the most with doctors, prescriptions and other services.

Originally from a very small town in Western Oklahoma, “Lahoma, Oklahoma”, I have lived in several places, and even a couple of states but eventually we decided Northeastern Oklahoma was where we would “root.” My wife Kallie and I have been married for 10 years and we have a happy, funny and smart 10 year old son named Carter. We enjoy spending time with family, the lake and motocross racing.
I started my career with insurance in 2015. I have explored various roles in various fields on my career path, but working in insurance and helping those make informed decisions about their health insurance needs, has been most fulfilling.

Barb has been licensed since 2011 and helping folks on Medicare since 2012. She never knew she could get paid to help people, not charge them any money, yet better their lives and get paid for doing so. She never liked selling products that just got the company richer. The best compliment is a referral. She started as a captive agent with one company but hated turning people away because she didn’t have the tools and resources to help them. She became a broker so she could better serve her clients, as more of a consultant than a sales person. Her most used quote “I have never starved doing the right thing for my client.” Meaning that God will always bless her business by doing the right thing, and He has.
Barb is licensed in Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana for life and health. When Barb isn’t busy helping others with their insurance needs, she enjoys her hobbies, spending time outside and with her grandkids. She loves to travel and make memories. Barb has a local office in Midwest City to be centrally located for her clients but still makes home visits.

I’ve been in the insurance business since 1980. I started out selling life insurance, then went into the Medicare supplement business when that was the only coverage available to seniors. I always enjoyed working with seniors when I was young, and now that I am one, I can relate and enjoy it even more! My wife and I have lived in Oklahoma for 14 years; we’ve had a chance to see some beautiful country, meet some great people and fish some amazing lakes. We love to travel, hike and just be out in nature. We have also enjoyed volunteering in our community for many years.
I never really understood Medicare until our parents started aging, and we realized how confusing it can be for a senior to navigate through the programs without some help. That really motivated me to learn more about this and to look for ways I can be helpful to someone in the same position. There is a plan for everyone, and I am committed to do my best to help others understand the best available options.

Becky has been a licensed agent for over 30 years. She enjoys her role in helping people understand the many aspects of insurance coverages and decisions. For the past 17 years Becky has focused on assisting Medicare recipients in understanding Medicare and in considering their options. She is always happy to answer any question and is quick to tell folks that there are no stupid questions!

I have been married to my husband, Lee, for almost 20 years. We have 4 beautiful children – Jacob (senior), Bella (sophomore), Laynee (8th), and Drake (7th). I am a co-ambassador of the Professional Moms of Edmond. We attend Cashion First Baptist Church. I am also very involved with Cashion schools though the Cashion Education Foundation. Outside of working, I enjoy watching my children play sports, watch movies, read, and travel.

I have been in the insurance industry since 2011. I started out selling life insurance, and then in 2013, I moved my focus to the health side of the industry — falling in love with helping people transition and maneuver into and around Medicare. A resident of Edmond Oklahoma, I am a mother of 3 boys and have been married for 17 years. I was a marketing and advertising agent for a commercial real estate, property managing company before deciding to stay home to raise our children for 12 years.
It was an easy decision when deciding to go back to work and what I wanted to do. I picked the Medicare Planning Industry because when my mother turned 65 she needed some help navigating through the complications of Medicare and which plan was best for her. It was a real eye-opener on how confusing it could be for others and I immediately felt a calling. I enjoy working with the Senior Market, and really feel like I am helping people work through some of the most difficult and sometimes confusing transitions in their life.
Choosing the right fit for each individual whether it is a Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage plan, Long Term Care, Final Expense or simply helping apply for extra help with medications is such a gratifying feeling and am very proud of the professional relationships I have developed with my members.

My husband and I live in Tulsa; we’ve been married for 18 years and love to spend time with family and good friends.
I first thought of helping people learn about Medicare when my dad got very sick. When we discovered that he did not have the prescription coverage he needed, it became one of the most stressful times of my life because he could not afford the necessary treatment. I was so grateful when a friend helped me get him signed up for the exact Medicare plan we had been looking for but did not know existed. I knew then this was a career that could really help people! I have worked in the healthcare industry for the last 30 years. I received my Medical Assistants certificate in 1990 and worked in different areas of doctors’ offices, from surgery, pediatrics to OB Gynecology. I decided to go to work at Blue Cross to get a better understanding of the actual insurance aspect of the industry. Two years ago I found myself looking to make a change in my career and was offered the opportunity to develop a Health Insurance agency in Owasso. I now am a specialist in a wide variety of health insurance products; Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Prescription Drug Plans, Hospital Indemnity, just to name a few. I can help people, regardless of their age, find the right health insurance coverage to meet their needs. I also teach a class on Turning 65 Medicare made clear. It’s a free class that answers all you wanted to know about Medicare Supplement, Advantage plans and how to avoid penalties.
I am local to Tulsa county with an office available for appointments but am also able to meet you in your home if it is inconvenient for you to come to me.

Hello! My name is John Forehand and I am an independent agent with Local Insurance Advisors. I currently live in Sherwood, AR and I am licensed in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Florida. I have been licensed and helping Medicare beneficiaries since 2014 and I love what I do! I love being a Medicare expert and helping people navigate an extremely confusing topic. The approach for my work is mainly education focused, I inform my clients as best as I can the options that are available to them then suggest a plan that I believe best fits their needs. I also put a lot of effort into being the agent for my clients, not just the salesperson. I want to be your first call with any Medicare questions! I am available for in-home appointments or help over the phone. Living in the central part of the state makes it easy for me to reach my clients where they are, and I will drive up to 2 hours to go see someone if they request it.
In my free time I enjoy golfing or watching sports of any kind. I am born and raised in Arkansas and love getting to enjoy the wonderful outdoor activities we have here as well. I am a former resident of Conway and Jonesboro, and still spend a lot of time in those two places with friends and family.

I am a third generation Edmond resident, a mother of 2 and married for 14 years. I received my Accounting degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and worked in the oil and gas business for about 12 years. I was lucky enough to be able to work with my dad, who is in exploration. We had a lot of fun putting large projects together and enjoyed some exciting success! As my kids grew to need me more, I eased my way out of the family business to be a full-time mom.
At the end of 2019, I learned about the role of a Medicare Insurance Advisor. This was just after I watched my parents go through the process of aging into Medicare and how difficult that turned out to be for them. I was immediately drawn to the career because I knew I could help make this easier for people.

Before being a stay-at-home mom for 13 years, I loved being a hairdresser and have been involved with network marketing since 2014. Choosing the Medicare Planning Industry was an easy decision when returning back to the workforce again, as it allows me to still be available for my family. Hi there! I’m originally from sunny California, but these days I’m proud to call the South my home. I live on the border of Arkansas and Texas, which means I get to enjoy the quiet, simple life while still being just a short drive from Dallas. Family is my heart—I have three wonderful adult children, three beautiful granddaughters, and one handsome grandson. When I’m not working, one of my favorite ways to start the day is waking up before sunrise for a peaceful walk in the park, or on a trail. It’s the best way to get creative juices flowing, and prepare for the day.
My career path has been an exciting journey. After earning my Associate’s Degree in Business from the University of Arkansas at Hope, I began working at UACCH, where I spent ten years in both Student Services and Accounts Payable. From there, I got my Insurance License and went on to work at Christus St. Michael Hospital for four years. Now, I’m licensed in ten states and have spent the last five years specializing in Medicare—everything from Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans to Medicare/Medicaid and Dental Insurance.
What I love most about my work is the people. My clients are never just numbers to me—they’re like family. I know how much the insurance world changes, so I’m always learning and looking for ways to save people money, and help them get the most out of their benefits. I live in Independence, Missouri, but my home away from home is Cole Camp, Missouri. I have been in Insurance since 1995, and have been an external marketer for insurance agents across the country since 1999. I have been working in the Senior Marketplace since 1997. I was very fortunate to have had the privilege of working with an Estate Planning Attorney from 1997 to 2003, concentrating on the needs of the senior population, working with Trusts, and navigating Medicaid with our clients.
Since 2017, I have been preparing myself to concentrate on Health Insurance. I totally enjoy helping Medicare Beneficiaries make their Health Insurance choices. Representing the major carriers in this field allows me to give unbiased information as we narrow the choices down to the right choice for you.
My clients are primarily in the Kansas City Metro Area and Western Missouri. I prefer meeting with folks face-to-face, but I can also assist you over the phone or internet if you would prefer. Originally from the Midwest (Michigan & Illinois) volunteer nonprofit education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing has carried me around the world and back with my husband of 27 years. We’ve put down roots in Arizona, leaving blustery cold winters far behind us, though I do miss the gorgeous fall colors.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in education and have been a teacher for the past 11 years. I began my venture into Medicare 3 years ago and fell in love with educating a different demographic. I primarily serve the OKC metro and Western Oklahoma, but I am also licensed in Missouri. I also serve as an Oklahoma Air National Guardsman. My name is Christy Taylor-Rosas and I have been married over 17 years to my husband Carlos. We helped raise each other’s children, seven total, 4 boys, (2 are Identical twins), and 3 girls. We have been blessed with 10 grandchildren so far. How we are still sane, is shocking to me! I came from a big family being the baby of five sisters and two brothers. I was born in Sallisaw Oklahoma and have lived in the river valley area most of my life other than briefly living in Salina Kansas during my senior year in high school.
I started my insurance career back in 2012 doing (P&C) home, auto, and commercial insurance, and then got into Medicare, Life and Health, in 2014 with a lot of guidance and influence from Travis and Jeff Branch. I started my own brick and mortar agency in Fort Smith in 2016, still doing P&C, along with Medicare, Life and Health insurance. I joined Travis Branch as a Local Insurance Advisor back in 2018. This has by far been the best decision of my career. The continued learning and support from (LIA), shout out to Travis Branch, Tom Mays and all the LIA staff, have been exceptional and nonstop! I have been a General Agency manager with Local Insurance Advisors since then and recently updated my new agency name to Taylor Rosas Agency in 2024.
I love plants, all fur babies, meeting new people, learning and educating myself on new things, traveling with my family and groups of friends, and riding our Harleys!
